She will cover nutrition education, proper food storage, packaging, creative ways to make your kitchen more accessible, and go over food labels and ingredients to help you make more-informed decisions when it comes to healthy cooking and eating.

The goal is to make you more informed about grocery shopping as well as optimizing your meal options so that you minimize food waste each week, while also satisfying your tastebuds with creative, fun options.
