Private Yoga Lesson ($75)
Private yoga lessons are customized to bring about improvements to one's mental, physical and emotional health while helping students achieve personal yoga goals such as flexibility, strength and meditation.
Erin will take information about the yoga practitioner's medical history and goals to create a personalized routine.
Students are empowered to focus on personal interests, concerns, and goals such as flexibility, strength and meditation.
Private lessons work around personal plans and scheduling conflicts, while also making it possible to create a long-term in-home yoga practice plan.
Each private yoga session is 60 minutes.
